Shipping policy

1. Order processing

All orders are produced on demand, typically within 2–7 business days.  
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing the checkout process. We can’t guarantee changes once the order enters production.

2. Shipping times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • North America: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery time may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.  Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if they are fulfilled from different locations.

4. Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Lost or delayed shipments

If your package appears lost or delayed:

  • Contact us at support@critterhacked.com with your order number.
  • We’ll investigate with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier.

Replacements or refunds for lost shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Wrong address or unclaimed packages

If the address provided is incorrect, or the package is unclaimed and returned to the sender:

  • You’ll be responsible for re-shipping costs once the correct address is confirmed.
  • Unclaimed packages are typically returned to Printful’s facility.
